Top Tips to Reduce stress

The Pupil Leadership Team are sharing their top tips to reduce stress.

To start off the week, Summer suggests going for a walk to relieve stress. 

  “Just get out into the fresh air to break the cycle of stress.  I pick somewhere scenic to walk, park, hills, beach.  It doesn’t have to be a long walk.  I also used to go along with a friend, chatting as we walked”.
